STRAWWBERRIEES! Finally, the red summer love is here again. The best thing is to go to the field with a Nutella jar and fill your belly with this glory. It usually takes a day because it has to sit in the fridge overnight. Here we would like to suggest a quick version and refine it slightly. The fine and sweet acidity of the strawberries, the light crunch of pistachios and dark chocolate round off the desert.
Of course, you can also enjoy the classic tiramisu recipe!
Ingredients for Strawberry Tiramisu
Strawberries 200g
Mascarpone 200g
Sugar 50g
eggs 2
Amaretto 6cl
Biscuits (lady fingers)
Coffee 300ml
Pistachios 50g
Dark chocolate (min. 70%)
A little sea salt
Instructions for Strawberry Tiramisu
Create a classic mascarpone cream as described in our post on classic tiramisu. Add a good shot of amaretto and add a few chopped basil leaves for a surprising flavour element.

Soak the biscuits in fine coffee. Make sure they are well soaked but do not fall apart.
Place the soaked biscuits directly on the plate.
Slowly pour the mascarpone cream over the biscuits.
Add strawberry slices and sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
Finally, melt some dark chocolate and stir in a little sea salt. Drizzle the salty chocolate over the tiramisu. This gives the dessert a wonderful balance of sweet and salty, as well as a pleasant crunch.
