Salmon with black Tagliatelli and Dill

Korea and salmon, what a combination! Salmon, I only really got to know the fish during my semester abroad, in Seoul. The nation is so friendly and among them are several fish lovers. Accordingly, several local dishes are based on various seafood, including salmon. After snacking on a Salmonbowl twice a week, I took home various dishes. I have also remained faithful to salmon and love it in any form. In addition the combination with pasta, what a glooooorious idea from the Italians. All this packed in a slightly spicy dill sauce and dark tagliatelle. Phew, I'm getting hungry just writing this. Alright, let's get to cooking! Salmon pasta with dill from food for flexitarians, here we go!


Ingredients

  • 1 onion

  • 1 carrot

  • Lemon juice & zest

  • 2 garlic clove

  • 1 chili

  • 1 bunch dill

  • 250ml cream cup

  • 150g pasta

  • 150g salmon


Instructions


Let's start classically with oil in the pan and heat to medium. Great job!

Now add the onions and let them sweat in the pan for a few minutes. Then add the carrot and crushed garlic. Just crush the garlic so that you can easily remove it later. The taste remains! Simmer everything together slowly until the onions give off a slightly sweet scent.


At the same time, you will have heated the pasta water, salt it properly and now put in the pasta. We take them out 3 minutes before al dente and put them in the pan.


The pan receives the cream, dill and 2 zests of lemon. After 3 minutes we add the salmon and fry it briefly in the sauce from each side. The salmon can remain raw inside. After a short frying we take the salmon out of the pan and put it aside.


The pasta should be just before al dente and we shovel into the pan. Thereby may with pleasure pasta water with for the taste in the starch. (Otherwise add a little pasta water). With noodles add a little chili. Everything simmers comfortably on a light heat.


Do not forget to taste and the dressing may begin. Be careful that the garlic stays in the pan and the salmon goes on the right plate. Squeeze some lemon juice on top and vamos to the table with it! Salmon Pasta with Dill from food for flexitarians are served!

Salmon is purely amazing! Put it all in pasta and it rattles your palate. Awesome levels of protein and for low fat you can also use Oat Cuisine.
