Dinner - "What should I eat?" Not pasta with tomato sauce again... But looking in the fridge, I noticed some shrimp. From this we of food for flexitarians conjure up the Pastawith shrimp. Known by friends as "scampi noodles". Believe me, with this we get everyone satisfied! It is quick to prepare and the shrimp are rich in protein. We recommend oat noodles for the "low carb effect".
Ingredients
200g Pasta of your Choice (we used Linguine)
200g shrimps
250ml tomato sauce
20g pine nuts
1 clove of garlic
1 chili pepper (optional)
1 flake of butter
salt/pepper
Handful of basil
A dash of white wine
Instructions
First, put on the pasta water and salt it heavily. Then put the pasta in the water. Next, put on a pan with olive oil. Crush the garlic and slowly heat it in the pan with the shrimps. Shortly after, add the pine nuts and deglaze with white wine. Following this, add the tomato sugo and a flake of butter. If you don't have a sugo yet, use a sauce from the supermarket and let it simmer a little longer. Cook the pasta until almost "al dente", remove from the water and then add directly to the pan with some of the pasta water. Bring everything to the boil once, season with salt and pepper and finish with basil. We do not recommend adding Parmesan cheese, so that the light sea flavor is preserved (Please don't do it - for Ricci).
Resumé
A super quick dish and suitable for many tastes. Makes everyone happy and satisfied. It is also from the degree of difficulty still manageable. Most of the ingredients can also be found in almost any student kitchen, especially the wine. Hopefully we from food for flexitarians have inspired you and could conjure up a smile on the face of every connoisseur with the dish.
