  • 2 tomatoes

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • ½ tsp cumin

  • 2 tbsp olive oil


Instructions Oven Kebab


1. Finely chop the onion and parsley in a food processor, then squeeze out the excess liquid.


2. In a large bowl, combine the minced meat, onion, parsley, and spices. Mix well until smooth.


3. Wash and chop the peppers, mushrooms, and tomatoes into bite-sized pieces.


4. Spread the meat mixture evenly on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.


5. Use a knife or spatula to cut the mixture into long strips, leaving small gaps between them.


6. Arrange the vegetables around the edges, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt.


7. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20 minutes.


8. Switch to the grill function and brown the top slightly for that perfect finish.


9. Optionally, roast the vegetables a bit longer if you like them extra caramelized.
