Ingredients for Guacamole Boats

  • 2 ripe avocados

  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped

  • 1 small tomato, diced

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp lime juice

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • A pinch of chili flakes (optional)

  • 2 mini romaine lettuce hearts or 1 large bell pepper, halved

  • Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish


Instructions for Guacamole Boats

  1. Halve the avocados, scoop out the flesh, and place it in a bowl.

  2. Mash with a fork and mix with lime juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and optional chili flakes.

  3. Stir in the chopped onion and tomato to create a creamy yet slightly chunky guacamole.

  4. Evenly distribute the guacamole into the lettuce cups or bell pepper halves.
