Ingredients for Guacamole Boats
2 ripe avocados
1 small red onion, finely chopped
1 small tomato, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
A pinch of chili flakes (optional)
2 mini romaine lettuce hearts or 1 large bell pepper, halved
Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish
Instructions for Guacamole Boats
Halve the avocados, scoop out the flesh, and place it in a bowl.
Mash with a fork and mix with lime juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and optional chili flakes.
