Creamy and delicous guacamole!

I love to work with the avocado. Whether simply thinly sliced on a loaf of bread or just further processed into a creamy guacamole. This dip tastes just heavenly with so many things. In addition to the great taste, the avocado is also an absolute "superfood", as it has extremely many healthy nutrients, such as healthy omega-3 fatty acid. In addition, it comes not only as food on the plate, but is also used in cosmetics with pleasure, because it provides for a good skin and hair. However, we at food for flexitarians will show you today how to make a delicious guacamole.
Zutaten
2 avocados (ripe)
1 red onion (small)
2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
1 tsp ground cumin
Lime juice of one lime
Some fresh coriander
salt/pepper

Instructions
For the guacamole, cut the avocados in half and remove the flesh with a spoon. Then place this in a bowl and mash with a fork.
In the next step, peel the onion and cut it into fine brunoise. Now add this to the avocado as well. Next, wash, dry and chop the cilantro. Add the chopped cilantro to the avocado.
Finally, season the guacamole with Greek yogurt, cumin, lime juice and, of course, salt and pepper.
Tip: Chopped tomatoes also go very well with the guacamole.

A classic of Mexican cuisine that is also popular here in Germany. The dip goes well with so many different dishes and, most importantly, it can be prepared extremely quickly. In addition, the preparation is not complicated, but the taste is simply ingenious.
