Pasta, pasta, pasta.... today we from food for flexitarians present you another pasta dish, "Pasta Cinque P". This simple and easy tomato sauce can be on the table in as little as 15 minutes. The best part is, you only need five ingredients and you can even find them in any student kitchen. As the name "Pasta Cinque P" already reveals, all ingredients start with "P" in Italian. Today, we at food for flexitarians recommend an alternative pasta, the "linguine", instead of the often used "penne". You should pay attention to a good quality when buying the pasta. We don't want to keep you in suspense for long and show you how to prepare this vegetarian pasta dish.
Ingredients

Instructions
First of all, put the salted pasta water, bring it to boil and then put the pasta in it. While we cook the pasta "al dente", we make the tomato sauce on the side.
For this we take a small saucepan and slowly heat the cream in it. Grate the Parmesan cheese and add it to the saucepan with the cream. After that, add the tomato paste. Season the sauce with salt, sugar and, above all, pepper (you can use mixed peppercorns to emphasize the taste of pepper).
Add the pasta with a little pasta water to the sauce and bring to the boil.
Finally, wash the parsley and pluck it over our "Pasta Cinque P".
Resumé
The "Pasta Cinque P" are especially good to satisfy a quick hunger on stressful university or work days. The dish brings the "Italian Riviera" directly into your kitchen and is especially suitable for romantic dates and get-togethers.
