Slightly demotivated, the whole day drags on and I drink one coffee after the other. Oh yes, I should also eat something. But what? Just nothing exhausting and something that can be done quickly. All right, pasta? Mhm, yaa could go, but not the same as always. Let's bring in some power together.

Ingredients
250 g pasta ( of your choice)
500 ml tomato sauce
4 Tiger Prawns
½ lemon
100 ml white wine
1 sprig of rosemary
1 clove garlic
olive oil
seasoning
Instructions
The preparation is faster than writing down the recipe :). But that's how it should be. First we start with the pasta.
Put the water on, salt it well and as soon as it boils, add the noodles.
Then we take care of the shrimps. Fresh they would be a dream, of course, but mine from the freezer do it too. We fry them in a little oil, the crushed garlic and rosemary on light heat. It's best to use a large frying pan and please don't heat too quickly, tickle out more of the flavour. At the end I can recommend to deglaze the pan with a shot of white wine and lemon juice. This gives again a fresh taste with a slight sweetness.
Once the shrimp have gained enough color, about 12 minutes, we add our tomato sugo and continue to simmer it with everything in the pan.
Now the pasta should also be almost ready, which we add to the pan with a good amount of pasta water.
Everything continues to simmer for about 3 minutes and then may be garnished.
Resumé
As I said, the dish is quite simple and quick on the plate, has the shrimp as a source of protein and good carbohydrates for the next kick. Of course, like me, you may arrange the pasta in a dish, which is great for sharing.
Enjoy cooking with food for flexitarians!
