1 small cauliflower, cut into florets
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika powder
Salt and pepper to taste
200 g hummus (homemade or store-bought)
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp chili oil
3 beetroots
Fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish
Toasted sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions for Roaster Cauliflower Airfryer
Toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, cumin, paprika powder, salt, and pepper.
Roast in a hot pan or in the oven at 200°C (fan) for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
