There is nothing better than a good piece of bread! That's exactly what most of us miss on vacation, at home or in everyday life. The fine bread enjoyment is widespread and also does not stop. Now the question arises, bread with what? Nothing easier than that! The slice is quickly cut and the ingredients are already in your kitchen. Especially the avocado attracts the eye, it's been sitting there for four days and now has to go. So get to the bread, get to the avocado and off we go with our avocado toast.
Ingredients
Slice of bread (spelt, wholemeal rye)
Avocado (1/2 per slice)
a handful of arugula
10g pumpkin seeds
5g sesame seeds
4 cherry tomatoes
4 radishes
salt pepper
chili flakes
Instructions
The vegan avocado toast is more than simple. Start with the slice of bread. Toast it briefly in the oven, grill or pan. Then cut the avocado in half. Mash it on the bread or slice it. Add arugula, tomato quarters and the grains crumble. Season with salt, pepper and chili flakes and your vegan avocado toast is ready. Optionally, you can add a fried egg as a vegetarian option.
