Ingredients
100ml homemade tomato sugo
200g Luniconi
20g Grana Padanao Parmesan cheese
1/2 buffalo mozzarella
Herbs (thyme, basil, oregano)
salt/pepper

The most important and beautiful part is the tomato sauce. If you have one last jar of your house creation, use it. Alternatively, follow the link and get inspired.
While the pasta cooks until it's "al dente", we briefly heat up our sugo again and refine it with herbs. Additionally grate some Grana Padano into the sauce.
Just before the pasta is "al dente", mix it with the sugo and cook it lightly. Add some of the pasta water and then chop the mozzarella (into small pieces so that it melts better).
After about two minutes, dress and watch the mozzarella pull its strings.
