Customers outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.

WARRANTY

Statutory warranty rights apply.

 

LIABILITY

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence.

For slight negligence, liability is limited to essential contractual obligations and foreseeable damages.

Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

 

PRODUCT COMPLIANCE & SAFETY

All physical products comply with applicable EU regulations where required.

Electrical products, if offered, comply with CE standards.

Customers are responsible for using products in accordance with provided instructions.

We are not liable for improper use.

 

APPLICABLE LAW

German law applies.

Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the customer’s country remain unaffected.

The CISG does not apply.
